1.1 Parties to the Agreement

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on the 8u77 platform and participate in any gaming service, you must be at least 21 years of age or older. Providing a false age will result in immediate account cancellation and deposited funds may be withheld.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same IP address, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All financial transactions on the 8u77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 gives a maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets to be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds can never be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• If any fraudulent activity related to bonus promotions is detected (use of a VPN, multiple accounts), the bonus will be forfeited.
• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

5.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results on the 8u77 platform are determined through random number generator (RNG) technology, and the results recorded on the server are final. In the event of a disconnection or technical error, the data stored on the server will be considered authoritative.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games.
• Intentionally identifying and exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the game system.
• Colluding with other members.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. 8u77 determines and reserves the right to change the benefits and promotion criteria for each tier.

6.2 Cashback Payment Terms

Weekly cashback is added directly to the account. 8u77 determines the specific calculation method for cashback and the applicable game categories. The company reserves the right to forfeit or adjust cashback if any fraudulent activity is detected.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

8u77 collects your personal information during registration and identity verification. This information is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, service improvement, and fulfilling legal obligations. Personal information is not sold to third parties.
